Research Engineer

To further accelerate our growth ambition, we want to enlarge our Innovation & Technology Team in Bachenbülach, Switzerland and are looking for a Research Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing defined research programs
• Liaises with research partners to fulfill research programs
• Implements processes related to research along with related work guidelines
• Creates know-how documentation

Your Profile

• Bachelors or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Has CAD modeling abilities to design and build test benches for research
• Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Matlab & Simulink, Excel, and ideally familiarity with programming languages
• Strong aptitude in analyzing large data and building meaningful correlations
• Ideally some knowledge of sensors and data acquisition systems and related tools
• Organized and structured in documenting and in report writing (in English)
• Fluent English and German
