Scaling up sales & service: The Hemro US operations continue to grow

The Hemro USA team is celebrating more milestones on its inspiring journey of growth. Several new direct sales and service partners will bring the coffee grinders of Mahlkönig, Anfim and HeyCafé to even more customers across the country.


A new chapter of growth in the US

“We are proud to see our vision for the American market being brought to life.“ says Hemro Group Chief Sales Officer, Ziya Boro. “Within six months, our new Hemro US Sales Manager Sam Grant has taken a number of successful steps to take our business to another level.”


These steps include; the further development of the sales and service partner network with well-known companies such as Visions Espresso Service, Congruent Services, Black Rabbit Service Co. and The Espresso Specialist while continuing to collaborate with Gary Horne Grinding and Brewing Solutions.

Through these new partners our comprehensive grinder portfolio of Mahlkönig, Anfim and HeyCafé will gain a greater reach, through regional support, in the US market; a strong driver of growth for the entire group.

Each of these new partners have taken over the responsibility for parts, grinders, burrs and support within the US. This will provide our customers with more options for purchase and service inquiries.




Visions Espresso Service
Seattle’s largest commercial espresso service provider, Visions Espresso Service stands strong after thirty years in business. Their service department experts offer one of the fastest average service response times in the industry. Trained and dedicated technicians focus on answering questions and providing quality service to the Seattle Metropolitan area and the state of Washington.

Congruent Services
Congruent Services was started in 2014 when the founder, Vance, realized that his friends in the growing specialty coffee community in Colorado needed support and he could use his technical background to help. The team is guided by the belief that an equipment company should be a partner to the businesses they support, and strives to provide value through expertise and understanding. The company is made up of coffee professionals who come from backgrounds as baristas, café managers, and roasters who take pride in helping others and have a knack for the technical. Over the years this approach has allowed them to partner with coffee and hospitality businesses across the state of Colorado to provide them with the best equipment and support available.

Black Rabbit Service Co.
Launched in 2016 in Portland, Oregon, and now with techs servicing Oregon and Los Angeles, CA, the team of Black Rabbit provides high quality sales, installation, repair service, preventive maintenance and consulting services for businesses using all types of coffee equipment including espresso machines, batch brewers, hot water dispensers, tea brewers, and cold brew draft systems.

The Espresso Specialist
The Espresso Specialist Inc. was established 2004 in Stockholm, Sweden by Magnus Adamsson with the basic objective of optimizing customers’ coffee, the operation in NYC started in January 2016. As a high-end equipment company, they offer some of the world’s finest coffee- and espresso machines. They have long and strong relationships with their existing customers and always strive for proximity and long-term relationship with their new customers. To put the customer’s and the customers’ clients’ needs first, has been and will always be crucial to their progress. They are also renowned for excellent field service with focus on factory trained technicians, spare parts on hand, customized maintenance programs, that also strives for the perfect cup, with focus on preventive maintenance as the fundamental tool.

Great people, great team.

At the same time, the Hemro team in Seattle continues to grow, too. “We are happy to welcome Kasey Baker as our new Customer Service Manager and Nelsen Icenhower as Product Manager.” says Sam Grant. “Both new colleagues are highly motivated to support our customers with top class service. We are looking forward to celebrating the grand opening of our new office by the end of the year – probably with even more new team members that will have joined our journey until then.”
